HISTORY ABOUT ORO JAYCEES
The Jaycee movement was brought to Cagayan de Oro by tow distinguished gentlemen on September 29, 1949. They were Bienvenido Cruz – a businessman, and Manolo Reyes – a lawyer. The two were able to gather 35 young men which composed the original group. The Cagayan de Oro Jaycee Chapter was given its charter on December 1950. JC Manolo Reyes became the first President and also the charter President.
